GoGlory recognises the critical importance of protecting intellectual property (IP) in fostering innovation, commercial integrity, and competitive fairness. As a UK-based business operating across digital and creative sectors, we take seriously our obligations under UK intellectual property law and maintain full compliance with the frameworks established and administered by the UK Intellectual Property Office (UKIPO).
Our business practices, digital assets, product development, and brand identity are constructed and protected in accordance with the relevant statutes, including but not limited to:
Trade Marks Act 1994
Patents Act 1977
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
Relevant UK case law and international treaties to which the UK is a signatory
This commitment extends across all facets of our company — from strategy and design to publishing, platform development, and third-party collaborations.
1. Trade Marks
GoGlory has taken steps to protect its core identity through trademark registration. This includes the GoGlory name, logotype, commercial taglines, domain assets, and visual brand markers. Applications are either registered or filed with the UKIPO, and legal representation has been secured to manage and enforce those rights. We reserve all rights in respect of the exclusive use of these assets and monitor for unauthorised commercial use or imitation.
2. Copyright
All original content published or distributed by GoGlory — including text, video, code, interface designs, imagery, and editorial material — is protected by copyright. Such rights arise automatically under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and are enforced accordingly. No part of GoGlory’s protected works may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without express written consent.
3. Design Rights
Where applicable, we assert protection over the visual appearance of our interfaces, product aesthetics, and digital tools under both unregistered and registered design rights as governed by UK law. Our product architecture is periodically reviewed to assess its eligibility for design registration and to detect any unauthorised replication.
4. Patents and Technological Innovation
Although GoGlory does not currently claim any registered patents, we maintain rigorous checks to ensure no part of our platform, functionality, or technical process infringes on third-party patents. We work with IP advisors to assess our innovations against current patent landscapes and remain open to pursuing patent protection where justified by originality and inventiveness.
GoGlory actively enforces its intellectual property rights through:
Internal monitoring systems that track misuse of our brand, content, and digital assets
Formal cease and desist notices served to infringing parties
External legal counsel engaged for formal proceedings and cross-border IP issues
Participation in dispute resolution mechanisms including mediation, arbitration, and litigation if necessary
All IP-related incidents, including suspected breaches by third parties, are documented and escalated in accordance with our legal risk protocols.
GoGlory is open to licensing its IP under negotiated commercial terms. Any third party seeking to use, feature, distribute, or build upon our materials must enter into a licensing agreement or partnership framework. We also recognise and comply with all third-party intellectual property used within our services, ensuring such content is appropriately licensed, attributed, or released under open access where applicable.
We conduct periodic legal reviews and audits of our IP strategy. This includes:
Trademark renewal tracking
Legal clearance of new content or branding
Checks against active UKIPO filings by competitors
Assessing the strength and scope of unregistered rights
GoGlory treats intellectual property not as a reactive legal asset, but as a proactive foundation of our business model.
If you have a concern, query, or request relating to GoGlory’s intellectual property rights, please contact our IP compliance team using the contact form available on our website. All correspondence will be treated with confidentiality and processed with due legal scrutiny.
